Sticks of old SD ram 128 or 256 wanted

I'm looking for a few sticks of older SD memory sticks of 128 or 256 to stick in some of my machines here. I said stick not card please do not think I'm talking about a memory card. Sd memory has 2 divets on the edge that locks into the mother board, not 1, the 1 center divet is DDR ram. Thanks
